The front door opens into a spacious and well equipped country style kitchen with a dining area and an open fire to make the winter evenings even cosier. (Logs and coal are provided).


There are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and ensuite shower room and one twin bedded with a separate bathroom. Additional occasional sleeping is provided with a double size sofa bed in the lounge.

Upstairs is a large comfortably furnished lounge enjoying stunning views both to the south and east down the dale.


A large secure patio area with ample parking and a choice of outdoor seating to maximise your enjoyment of the countryside.

The old netty (outside toilet) provides lockable storage for bicycles etc and houses a small chest freezer. (try watching the sheep, rabbits, birds, -- far more interesting and entertaining than watching TV)
